Yes, we can manufacture customized rugs, cushion covers, throws and some other specific items as long as the request remains within the competencies of our partner artisans. Customisation can be pattern, color and/or dimensions changes on item(s) present on our catalog, but it can also concern traditionnal handicraft items that are not yet present on our E-Boutique. Items are using local production techniques as well as naturial material. Thus they are unique and we can not have a standardised color or pattern, even if items you will receive will be as close as possible to those present on pictures displayed on the website. For instance with items using Jute there can be subtle variations in color.

Yes, as long as the destination is covered by India Post and it's local partners. A big majority of countries, including all European and North American countries are covered.

You have 14 days to return an item. Item must be unworn and in resalable condition and return postage will be paid by the customer. If the item is not in resalable condition, the return will not be accepted.
You must notify us immediately via email at the same day after receiving the order with attached photos of broken/damaged item so that we will look into the matter. We will then contact you back to present the available option (i.e: replacement, discount vouchers...).
